Volodymyr Bilotkach

Volodymyr Bilotkach is Associate Professor of Aviation Management at Purdue University; Co Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Air Transport Management; and External Instructor with IATA Training. He is the author of the book Economics of Airlines (now in its third edition) and numerous peer-reviewed articles. Prior to Purdue University, Dr Bilotkach has taught at the University of California, Irvine, Newcastle University in the UK, and Singapore Institute of Technology. He has advised the European Commission, the US Department of Transportation, the Malaysian Aviation Commission, and the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority on civil aviation policy issues.
